Meet Our Team
John Lowe: CEO & Co-Owner
John, originally from Ohio, has a passion for creating and building, beginning with woodworking and later welding. In 2000, he co-founded Teklowe Design with his wife, Marie. His practical experience and curiosity fuel innovative solutions for challenging projects. Known for his determination, John enjoys turning ideas into reality. Outside of work, he loves classic cars, attending car shows, and working on his own classic car projects.
Marie Lowe: Office Manager & Co-Owner
Marie, originally from Sweden, has lived in the U.S. since 1993. She co-founded Teklowe Design with her husband, John, in 2000. With over 35 years in hospitality and boating, she excels in customer service, management, and sales, focusing on strong relationships. After some time away, Marie returned to Teklowe Design full-time in 2025, enjoying operations and reconnecting with customers. Outside of work, she stays active with tennis, walking, cooking, and traveling, valuing good food and company.
Erik Lowe: Lead Installer
Erik, son of John and Marie, has been with Teklowe Design since he was 15, gaining hands-on experience in the business. Now a key team member, he is the Lead Installer, known for his creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Erik works closely with customers to ensure accurate installations, making him an invaluable asset to the company and a trusted presence for clients.
